- A wreath frame

- Glue Gun and Glue Sticks
- Blue, Red, and White fabric
- Red, White & Blue Ribbon

Step 1: Cut each fabric into strips about 1 inch wide by 6 inches long. The size can vary depending on the size of the wreath you want.
